"Boxing day 2015 HRS Hevac were devastated by the Boxing day floods in Sowerby Bridge. This left us without a business premises and inevitably no chance to manufacture products for our clients. The first week of the New Year was spent searching for a new building that would suit our office and production requirements. Luckily we found the perfect location on Rosemount estate, unluckily the property was undergoing major re-works prior to letting to new tenants. I contacted the Agent and arranged to meet the Landlords in the factory to see if we could do anything to expedite the situation. To say the landlords moved Heaven and Earth would be an understatement, they went above and beyond and pretty much completed 4 months’ work in 2! This allowed us to commence production within 4 weeks of the initial meeting.
Rosemount estate is a lovely place to have a factory and work, the grounds and shrubbery are always maintained and we seldom have any problems regarding litter blowing about. The site is secure and any issues that require the Landlords attention are dealt with swiftly and in a polite and professional manner. HRS would have no qualms about recommending Rosemount estates and our Landlords to any prospective tenants."
